DO NOT SQUEEZE STOMACH MUSCLES ALL THE TIME

 


    Do not squeeze your stomach muscles always. So many people are in this world who believes in squeezing stomach muscles all the time. Especially film stars, models, and young girls are more influenced with this. As I believe this all time squeezing technique is very bad for health. I have examined on those people who squeezes stomach all the time. Even they do it unconsciously. It may raise high blood pressure, headache, stress, tension, dullness etc.
During long time squeezed stomach muscles, brain get tired very soon. Because brain works unnecessary and mind become dull. In my case study, seen so many cases in young girls, they are more over-conscious about their physique. That’s why they squeeze their stomach muscles all the time. But side effect of this is very negative like depression, anxiety, fearness etc.

  • Intestine may get also bad affect from this.
  • High blood pressure is to be sure in this situation.
  • Lower back also get affected.
  • Urinal problem may rise in this situation.
  • Liver & kidney may get affected.
  • Relax your stomach.
  • Squeeze stomach muscles during exercise only, not all the time.    
  • Do not make it habitual.

Advice;
Let squeeze the stomach muscles during exercise regime only, not all the time.
Do sit-ups for tightening stomach muscles instead of squeezing muscles all the time.
Do kapalbhanti and agnisar kriya in the early morning. These are for abdominal muscles.
If you are habitual of stomach squeezing all the time then try to aware to detach your mind from this. Try to relax your mind.
Pranayam;
Kapalbhanti and agnisar kriya is very effective kriya for stomach muscles.
Meditation;
