Why women speaks more than men?.....have some biological reason or social?

There are many scientific studies about female that they uses words more than male used. Dr Louann, a clinical professor at the University of California. In her best-selling book, ``The Female Brain", tells us that ``A woman uses about 20,000 words per day while a man uses about 7,000." The 20,000 vs. 7,000 numbers have been cited in reviews all over the world, from The New York Times to the Mumbai Mirror.
May be it is right in her study but if we see spiritually, it is totally wrong. Anybody one who is in hurry, those will speak speedily, loudly. They don’t even take a little break between two speaking sentences. You can say this type of mind is hyper or aggressive mind. In meditation this type of mind gives negative reaction to body very badly. They need sex excessively and spicy food also. Actually when you speak throughout without any break, at that moment brain is unable to get oxygen
 
 

properly. Brain works excessively during this moment. That is why mind try to get energy through another channel, like sex, spicy food, alcohol, drugs etc. Politician, Actors and preachers can be included in this category. I have a suggestion to politician to go for counseling. Change their speaking lifestyle …. Slow manner of speech broken with commas, full stops and pauses are the three most important health and lifestyle tips for these types of people.  If anybody practices alternate pranayam during this hour, they can get also benefit. Alternate breathing exercise is very effective for both sides (right & left) of the brain.
Sit straight in any comfortable meditative pose with closed eyes. Now start inhaling with effort, through the left nostril (right nostril should closed) slowly and noiselessly and expand your chest as comfortably possible. Let hold the breath inside for a while if needed and then release breath from right side of the nostril comfortably, effortlessly. Inhale again from right nostril and exhale from left nostril with same process as earlier did. Do this for 10 to 15 minute at a stretch. This is called meditative alternate nostril breathing exercise. In this practice discharged brain can be charged very easily.
