Endorphin is a true, natural opiate of the brain. Lot of people in the world doesn’t aware about this divine source. They take synthetic opiate such as a heroin, morphine etc as a pain killer or for enjoyment. But side effects are also well known. This natural opiate is having no harmful side effect. It produced in interior of the brain. Due to bad life style it produced not properly. That’s why they need synthetic opiate.
During meditation endorphin can be released in a great quantity, successful studies have shown also in the past. Even in many pleasurable moments, it secreted very much like listening spiritual or good music or any pleasurable state.
Deep and Slow; Lie down comfortably on the back with both legs and hands apart. Try loose every part of your body like legs, hands, face and especially eyes should be relaxed totally. Inhale stomach should out and exhale stomach in but during exhalation do not squeeze stomach. Only make comfortable effort during inhale. Do it for 10 minute
Chaitanya meditation; Sit straight in any meditative pose with closed eyes. If not possible to sit straight on the floor, then could be taken back support. You can practice it also in lying position. With closed eyes, let start to feel your normal breath without any conditioned mind. Do not play any script behind your mind during this observation of breathing. Whatever you know in your past life, don’t bother it, only and only observe it.
After little moment whole senses will be relaxed. Thereafter focus consciousness on your thoughts and pictures. These thoughts and pictures create main problem in your life. You only have to observe it, don’t avoid it, if you try to avoid it, it will come by force in your mind and ultimately mind will be in big trouble. That’s why you don’t need to avoid all becoming thoughts. One more important thing to know, do not expect from your so called outgoing positive thoughts. Let not expect thoughts to stay insight your mind. Only observe it, let it be.
Within minute you will start feeling more space in your mind and will elevate the levels of endorphins within hour.
“You rotate with your thoughts and pictures” It isa biggest trouble with our personality. In this meditation you can detach with yourself from these thoughts and pictures very easily.
